We act as the Data Controller for personal data processed through this website.

- Discord user ID
- Username and avatar
- Server-related bot data (e.g. points, inventory, progression)
- Profile information or settings you choose to submit
We do not collect or store passwords, payment card details, or private Discord messages. Payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe, acting as an independent data controller, in accordance with its own privacy policy.
3. Lawful Basis
We process data under the following lawful bases:
- Contractual necessity
- Legitimate interests
- Consent (for optional profile data)
4. Data Retention & Deletion
Personal data is retained only while you are a member of the Discord server.
If you leave the server, are kicked, or are banned, we aim to delete all associated data promptly and permanently, including website accounts and bot-related data, except where legally required.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share personal data. Payments are handled independently by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
